My job is to support our client busiess in Japan and overseas.
I also founded The World's Mother Salon.
Q.At what times do you work?
I work from 3:30 AM~6:30AM and 9:30AM~1:00PM.

Yes, he does.
Q.How does your partner help with child care?
He plays with the children and he also does some house work( such as washing dishes and laundry).
Q.Who takes care of your children while you are working?
My children go to kindergarten and elementary school. Sometimes, my friends and parents-in-law take care of my children.
Q.How do you relax after taking care of the children?
I take my time at the cafe and relax.
Q.Do your children take any extra lessons after school?
Ex) piano lesson, English lesson, etc)
My daughter has been taking ballet lessons since she was three.
Q.What kind of life skills do you think are necesaary for kids to have?
I think Imagination and creativity are necessary for children.
I think the ability to use their imagination and creatlvity to solve problems is necessary for children.
Q.Do you do anything to develop those skills?
In order to develop those skills, I try not to disturb their way of thinking
I try not to stop them from using their imagination.
Q.What makes you happy?
I feel happy when I stay with my family and we are laughing with each other.
Q.In ten years, what do you think will be making you happy?
My children can think freely and they are doing whatever they want to do.
Q.When do you think house work and child care is hard ?
When my children stay at home, I have difficulty in arranging where to leave them and a meeting time with our clients.

It is not any trouble, but sometimes I am not sure that I can keep up with mychildren's mental growth or not.
Q.What is it that you value in child-rearing?
I listent to them talk carefully and think about what they really think.
Q.What activities do you want to do with your children? Ex) traveling, playing with them, etc)
I want to live in different countries with my children.

When I got hurt, my children really worried about me.
Q.In your life, what do you think will make things easier or better?
I think life would be much easier if we were not pressed for time and we could value each moment more.
